The Allentown Housing Authority (AHA) is proud to announce the launching of the Landlord Portal. Visit the Allentown Housing Authority Portal online, then click either the "Owner Portal" or the "Agent Portal" link. The Owner Portal is for individual owners that own one or more properties in the program, the Agent Portal is for agents that manage properties on behalf of owners and are the main contact for the program.
Your access to this portal requires a login and password which will be sent to you by the AHA. When you first login with the default password, you will be asked to provide your email address and to change to a new password. Should you ever forget your password, click the "Retrieve Password" link on the login window after entering your Username. Please do not call the AHA, they will not be able to provide you with a new password. Our password will be sent to the email address you specified. No one at the AHA will ever know your password.
This portal contains valuable information regarding your Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) properties and is constantly accessible at your convenience. Updates to your information will be made automatically and throughout the month. These updates consist of notices form AHA, your payment history for the past 18 months, upcoming and completed unit inspections and correspondence sent to you by AHA. When 1099s are released (typically at the end of January) they will be available on this portal as well.
